2) That said, this is the only football related song I like, because New Order. Need I say more? I agree the John Barnes bit is crap, and that is why although the song features on my personally curated favourite singles of 1990 compilation (it was their only number one, after all), it does not feature on my personally curated favourite New Order tracks compilation.
