2) Red and Black. In that order. I am sure that speaks volumes about my horror-obsessed personality.

3) I can't be bothered to answer this one.

4) Some kind of prawn related starter. For the main course, slow roasted lamb served with roast potatoes cooked in goose fat, roast parsnips, carrots, and peas, with gravy and mint sauce. Serve with a good red wine (perhaps a pinot noir or a cabernet sauvignon). For dessert? Lemon meringue pie and clotted cream.

5) In an ideal world, yes.

6) Curating

7) Neither. I like animals, but I'm not a pets person. Someone else can look after them.

8) No. Tea.

9) Snooty Oxbridge English, a smattering of German, and Cineaste (much of which is French, annoyingly - mise-en-scene, montage, etc).

10) Not with any great dexterity.
