1) Wall-E in particular represents the high watermark for achingly beautiful Pixar animation, and an absolute must at the cinema, I entirely agree.
2) I am tempted to write a follow-up to this piece, but only include monochrome works. Citizen Kane, Casablanca, and Nosferatu would certainly be on such a list, along with Great Expectations, The Third Man, Double Indemnity, The Last Picture Show, The Innocents, Onibaba, Les Diaboliques, Psycho, etc.
3) For musicals, I'd opt for West Side Story, which I short listed for this article, and probably Singin' in the Rain, Guys and Dolls, The Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, Oliver!, Cabaret, Moulin Rouge, and La La Land as well.
