A thought provoking read. Personally I refuse to read any article entitled "Dear Men" or "Dear White People" or suchlike on principle, because they put my back up straight away, even if I might agree with what they have to say. I'm also deeply weary of the perpetually professionally offended, as so many of these articles are (though there are exceptions with legitimate gripes).
