Absolutely agreed.

If anyone under the age of 21 gets hold of your weapon and uses it at a school shooting, then you should be tried in the criminal court as a co-defendant. If someone under-21 shows up and buys or tricks their way to getting a gun from your shop, you should be held liable in a criminal court for something akin to negligent manslaughter.
