Again, completely agreed. My novels are informed by writers like the Bronte sisters, Daphne Du Maurier, Shirley Jackson, Henry James, Susan Hill, MR James, Arthur Conan Doyle, Agatha Christie, and more recent authors like Laura Purcell. But I hope and believe my novels are singular in their own right. :)
