An excellent article on an excellent film that I consider the most excellent of the 1989 - 1994 Disney renaissance (their second golden era, really, after the 1937 - 1942 era).

"No one's neck's as incredibly thick as Gaston!" - Such a hilarious song.

Also, I still love The Little Mermaid too, even though I think the ending is a bit of a fudge to force a happy conclusion (in contrast with the Hans Christian Andersen original).
