An excellent rant, and exactly why I put my money where my mouth is and buy physical media. All my music is physical. I may upload CDs so I can use my iPod for convenience (or make compilations that I can also burn to CD) but I don't do "the cloud" as I don't trust it. I don't use Spotify. I am strictly old-school.
