An interesting comparison. They are both profitable, evidently. Some of the "faith-based" films that make their way to the UK are semi-good too. Cabrini is a good recent example. Jesus Revolution is another. Flawed but interesting.
However, on the whole, I don't differentiate between secular and sacred. I think a good story is a good story regardless, and the same applies to any film one could term "Christian".
