As a Jewish person by descent (via my maternal grandmother who fled Nazi Germany to the UK) I agree the criticism of Rowling as anti Semitic plumbs new depths of stupidity. I can’t say I’m particularly bothered by the films either. They’re goblins. Fictional creatures.
