As I hail from the UK, this has always been a bit of a head-scratcher for me. I've seen clips of American TV stations like Fox News, where people rant and rave about the "socialist hell" of government healthcare. Er... I'll take "socialist hell" and our National Health Service (with all it's imperfections) over medical insurance rip-offs any day.
