Back to the Future would be at the number one spot for me. Have you seen La Jetee, Chris Marker's seminal 1962 short, on which 12 Monkeys is based?

I prefer the first Terminator film to the second. Also, I'd add Looper (2012), The Time Machine (1960), and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986) to my list too.
