Because I find you to be an excellent writer with a fascinating life story and experience. On top of that, you strike me as a beautiful, humane, deeply flawed, but non-judgemental, unhypocritical individual in whom I find much to admire. That isn't to say you don't say things with which I profoundly disagree.

Do you believe me? That's out of my hands. In an online world, a certain amount of scepticism is healthy, in my view. The version I put of myself online is carefully curated, and there are things I won't talk about here that I would talk about in person.

But if we ran into one another in real life, I'd certainly love to chat, preferably with a few drinks. I reckon we'd have great conversations. :)
