Both are objectively brilliant cinematic sacred texts, but Vertigo is my preferred film of the two. I consider it Hitchcock's very best, and it just gets better every time I watch it. Plus I think it also has James Stewart's best-ever performance, and Bernard Herrmann's greatest score.
