Couldn't you just burn an effigy of King George III? Probably appropriate, given the war for independence, etc. That way, you have an excuse for a bonfire, fireworks, and fun November barbecues (nothing quite like a burger or hot dog whilst watching fireworks in November's chill). Then again, I suppose you do that on the 4th of July. :)
