At the risk of sounding as condescending as I'm sure you don't intend to sound, might I suggest the radical idea that editorial input should be 1) solicited and 2) conducted in private (as per Medium etiquette, with private notes) rather than plastered all over comments sections?

Whilst pointing out grammatical errors is indeed a pleasurable branch of pedantry, I don't think it warrants a comment here, quite frankly. Such interactions are best conducted with knowing irony between friends in real life, rather than with strangers on the internet. Wishing you a lovely day. :)
