Deep sigh... This is what I keep pointing out. Trump thrives on publicity. Good or bad, it doesn't matter. If anti-Trump America had been smart, it would have pursued no legal cases against him whatsoever (regardless of how unfair that would be in normal circumstances), made him persona non grata in the media, and let him disappear into a bubble of obscurity.

Now, I think he's going to be president again. Sorry, but I do.
