Emotional baggage always plays a part in favourite films. I’ve got very poignant memories of taking my eldest (now 17) to the first Captain America film, which was pretty much a religious experience for him (he loves Marvel). My youngest had a similar experience when he saw a double bill of Jurassic Park (on rerelease) and Jurassic World (then newly released) a few years back.
