Equal and opposite ghastliness. I don't buy into the "men never cry" nonsense, but have outsourced my feelings to novels and films (I often cry at films that move me).

On the other hand, crying CEO bloke strikes me as an utter narcissist, and I'm with The Celtic Chameleon on the performative crying thing.
