Exactly why I've not started any publications for anyone other than me. (though I co-edit Blow Your Stack, when the owner wants a second opinion on whether she should publish a piece she's unsure about) :) Glad you're getting some help from Pierce. He's a great bloke.

If you're wanting to start a publication purely for your own work, then it should be fairly straightforward. Again, I can only reiterate it's worth opting for clean, simple, and easy to navigate. Mine has a big banner at the top, which makes clear what it is (plus my #bigscreenonly to indicate I'm only reviewing films seen in the cinema - you might want to put something like this on yours for whatever your key writing criterion or overall message might be). Beyond that, I wrote a comedic "about", again talking about big screen reviews only. I don't know what else to advise you in, other than to wish you all the very best. :)
