Excellent article about one of my favourite local spots. I often walk to Wistman's woods, and past it, taking in various tors on a circular route.

I recently started a Patreon page, and included a video on the edge of Wistman's Wood. In it, I explained about the recent prohibition from entering. Apparently, lots of people went in during lockdown and the wood needs some time to recover.

And yes, there are tons of great spooky legends about the place.
