Excellent article and I entirely agree. I'll tell you who is afraid of remote work: Middle managers. They advise upper management not to go that route, because it puts their jobs at risk, if they don't have their charges under their noses in the office to check they are breathing in the right direction and not taking that extra minute on their lunch break. Away with the lot of them, I say.
