Firstly, you are most welcome. Richly deserved. Second, a couple of brief points of order: Millicent is not a Dame. Her service to the Empire is not yet in that league. As for Sarah, I asked what she'd prefer, and she thought (and I agree with her) that "Sir" just sounds cooler if you're a knight. So she's Sir Sarah in the same way that female characters in Star Trek are called "Mr" sometimes. :)
