Funnily enough, we (ie the whole family) caught all three in IMAX during the summer of 2020 (there were lots of rereleases that year). I'd seen The Dark Knight before obviously, both at the cinema (in a regular 35mm print) and on DVD, but this was the first time I'd seen the IMAX version. For some reason, the sheer size and sound of the thing in that format caused me to overlook the narrative flaws that have always bugged me, but only on that occasion. And again, I still prefered The Dark Knight Rises, IMAX or otherwise.
