Generally I'm not the biggest fan of huge power ballads from any era (I never cared for Meatloaf, and my loathing of Celine Dion is the stuff of legend). However, I do like Foreigner - I Want to Know What Love Is. Also, my favourite version of the Whitesnake track you list here is the 1987 single remix (which was a UK hit that year).
