Glad you agree with the overall thrust of what I'm getting at here. I'll have to listen to Popular again (I've seen the film twice, but it has yet to stick, though rest assured I'll be picking up a physical copy in due course).

Also, agreed about public domain classics. That's one thing I loved about Stanley Kubrick. He made incredible selections from classical pieces. :)
