Good shouts on Terms of Endearment and Toy Story 2 (especially the Jessie song you mentioned). Forrest Gump is another tear-jerker, for me in two specific scenes: When he runs for the first time, and the bit when he's so pleased to see Gary Sinese that he leaps out of the boat and lets it crash into the quay (also hilarious).
