Great article. As someone who grew up around narrow evangelical culture (in the UK, not the US), I am relieved it finally seems to be crashing down. I should add that my own faith is stronger than ever, and I'm also comfortable with mystery, enigma, and not have dogmatic, trite answers to difficult questions. It has taken quite a while to arrive at that point.
