Great list. Others that would feature on mine: Children of Men, Mad Maxs 1, 2, and Fury Road (omitting the lesser beast that is Beyond Thunderdome), and Threads. The latter is quite possibly the single most uncompromisingly traumatic and scarring film I have ever seen (originally a BBC TV movie shown in 1984 about a nuclear holocaust).
