Hahahahaha! Brilliant.

I had my own variations of the Kobayashi Maru test when I used to interview people for jobs in my department (in my previous life, before I switched to writing full time). Sample questions (bear in mind mine was a creative department):

1) Is it better to be imperfect and on time or perfect and late?

2) You see a way something could be improved. You don't have the authority to change it, but you could change it regardless of chain of command. The matter is time sensitive, but I'm not present to refer the matter to. What do you do? Tweak it or leave it as is?
