Hi Austin - The short answer is I make my living as a writer in a variety of environments (including Medium) rather than just as a novelist. Book sales are currently quite a small portion of overall income. However, I'm hoping that will change this year, as I have another novel I'm about to present to literary agents. If it eventually leads to a publisher, I will obviously let you know. :)
