Hi Jessica - Firstly, I apologise. I normally undertake this manner of correspondence via private messages, and because I'm tired I didn't think. Anyway, The Empire Strikes Back was released in 1980. It is Return of the Jedi that was released in 1983. So yes, a four year difference. Star Wars (my generation never calls it A New Hope as that subtitle was added later) was released in 1977. :)
