Hmmm... I pinball between From Russia with Love and Goldfinger for best Bond film. All three films in The Lord of the Rings are equally great, but I like the first one best. I agree on The Bourne Ultimatum. You also missed The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, and Captain America: Civil War (if you only count the Captain America films, and not the rest of the Marvel Universe).
