Hmmm... This is the one point on your list I slightly take issue with. It depends on many factors, but I don't believe, for instance, not being a woman disqualifies me from writing female protagonists (most of my horror stories or thrillers feature imperilled heroines of one kind or another). I'm also not big on so-called sensitivity readers. I wrote about this issue extensively here, if you're interested. :)
