Hmmm... Two things:
1) I have never given an airborne fornication what celebrities, especially pop stars, actors, reality TV nitwits, and - dear God, I still choke on the wretched word - "influencers" think about issues like politics and whatnot, and it staggers me that anyone else in the world gives twin defecations about the frequently ignorant piffle they spout on such matters, no matter how brilliant they might be at their day jobs. I don't frequent cesspools like TwitTok and their ghastly ilk, and most of what I hear about anecdotally from these places I file under "more dumb shit on the internet".
2) For that reason, no, I don't believe in sanctimoniously blocking or cancelling or whatever the trendy term is any of these people for not speaking up on important issues. They are not obliged to, and when they do, they often talk weapons grade bollocks in any case. Just because they might know a thing or two about acting or singing doesn't make them an expert on complex geopolitical affairs.
