Horror is not just for October, but for all year around, so yes please. However, as a general point, do try to tie classic film retrospectives into something such as anniversaries, or the release of a later film in the series, a remake, the death of the director, or something else current. Or it needs a personal angle of some kind (for example, I have a piece coming up that talks about showing my youngest The Silence of the Lambs and Se7en for the first time).
