I agree. Otherwise, I may as well demand a refund for tickets if I see a film or play I don't enjoy.

Some people suggest that Amazon establishes policies such as implementing "a cutoff point for returns. if you read past, say, the 10–20% mark, you forfeit your right to return." Something like that could work.
