I always liked Keaton. Then again, I'm not really a comic book person (unlike my son) so I don't have any great fidelity to the source material. Christian Bale is my favourite Batman to date, and I don't see that changing any time soon. The only Batman films I've actively disliked are Batman Forever and Batman and Robin.

Spectre sounds interesting. :)
