I completely disagree with you here. It isn't a porn film (soft or otherwise). A pornographic film, by definition, is one whose sole purpose it to create sexual arousal. That clearly isn't the case with Anora. I thought Mikey Madison was superb, and so was Yura Borisov. I rated it my second favourite film of last year, and thought it was superb. There is exploitation in Hollywood, of course, but I don't think Sean Baker is guilty of it. He seems to have a non-judgemental, humane view of flawed people. I found the final scene in this film in particular very moving.
