I didn't watch much television in 2024, so can't really comment on much of this. I'm now wracking my brains trying to think of something I did watch and thoroughly enjoy this year on TV (that was released this year) and coming up blank. Most of my TV watching this year was from DVD boxsets of old favourites. I'm currently showing my youngest The Sopranos, for instance.

In most cases, I don't watch TV, especially serialised TV, until it has properly finished to my wife's satisfaction. Then she suggests I watch if she considers it worth my time. She is never wrong in her recommendations. Exception: Doctor Who. I always watch that regardless. But Doctor Who was a seriously mixed bag this year.
