I do! Actually, that's one of the most hilarious things about the film, because those captions are given an absurd pseudo-importance in the first half. It's Hitchcock's wicked sense of humour, toying with the audience and giving prominence to a vast shoal of red herrings (others include number plates and suspicious cops). :)
