I have nothing but sympathy with this superb rant. Personally, I have my tech on a very short leash when it comes to this sort of nonsense, and I absolutely refuse to talk to a computer. Ever. That is a line I will not cross. It's a slippery slope from "Play Light my Fire by The Doors" to "Open the pod bay doors please HAL".
