I quite liked this one. But flawed, I agree. :)

The Lost City of Z doesn’t quite work, or at least doesn’t quite solve the mystery it poses: what impelled him? Still, it is a credible and mostly absorbing attempt to create a non-sensational biopic of an inherently interesting man.
