I saw my father cry at three films (though he also says he cried the first time he saw Shane). This was one of them, and for immensely personal reasons. It's a superb, powerful, inspiring film, and I love the scenes you've chosen. I love the way Keating brings Todd out of his shell in the barbaric yawp scene, and I love the way the normally shy Todd is the one leading the "Oh Captain, my Captain" moment in the finale. So moving.
