I seldom mute or block people myself because I sometimes find material that inspires fictional characters in my stories. But there are a handful of nitwits who do send me over the edge that have ended up on the wrong end of "block".

The mute phrases idea is interesting though. I've several suggestions for that list, including the condescending "We need to talk about..."
