I think it's the SF that provides the biggest difference between ESFJ or ISFJ types and INTJs. E and I becomes difficult to objectively assess when discussing with someone online. In person though, it becomes much more apparent - ie the difference between being someone who craves industrial quantities of isolation (yours truly) and, say, my ENFP best friend who climbs the walls after being alone for about half an hour.
So no, I'd say it doesn't massively affect anything as far as our limited interactions are concerned. I still think you're a very pleasant individual, and if I have any INTJ credentials at all, I expect you'll soon consider me the Devil, as per most other Myers Briggs types. ;)
