I think the Ramones one is better but I like them both. I'll go with Mark's scores - 80 for Matthew Sweet and 90 for Ramones. :)

Side note: Did you know Ash (who had various UK top ten hits like Girl from Mars and Oh Yeah in the 1990s - not sure if they crossed the pond) covered the Cantina band music from Star Wars on the B-side of Girl From Mars?
