I thought these were terrific. I particularly loved the ironies in the finale of the final novel.

I also think the Harry Potter series will stand the test of time, by the way (another series despised by "elites" for supposedly being "badly written"). I love them without reservation, and also really enjoy JK Rowling's Strike detective series. :)
