I very much relate to that sentiment. :)

On some level, I suppose I’ve always been aware that I’ve spent my life chasing how I felt when I watched The Shining for the first time. That might sound silly to those who aren’t horror fans. I have a feeling some of the horror fans may be able to relate, though. Once I had a taste of that terror, I couldn’t imagine life without it.
