I was going to bring up Nolan, as I love his films.

For example, when you watch Nolans’ Memento, in every scene you find yourself thrown into a new setting, and you try to make sense of things the same way as the main character Leonard with a short-term memory problem. It works well for Memento to create a head-spinning effect, but it won’t work as well for a different type of story.

I was going to bring up Nolan, as I love his films. Personally, I don't like films to be dumbed down, but not everyone is me and not every film should be written Nolan style. :)
